Pay Later Carpets Trading as Luxe Floorings – Customer Terms and Conditions (Including Franchise Branches)

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of products and services by Pay Later Carpets Ltd Trading as Luxe Floorings and its independently operated franchise branches (collectively referred to as "Luxe Floorings," "we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you" or "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Franchise Operations
2.1 Independent Franchise Entities
Each Luxe Floorings franchise is an independently owned and operated entity, authorised to trade under the Luxe Floorings brand. Franchisees are responsible for their own operations, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Each franchisee is solely responsible for the transactions and services they provide.
3. Orders and Contracts
3.1 Order Placement
By placing an order, you are entering into a contract with the specific Luxe Floorings entity (head office or franchise) that services your area. The contract becomes effective upon acceptance of your order and receipt of any required deposit.
3.2 Product Representation
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, actual products may vary.
4. Payments
4.1 Deposit and Payment Plans
For interest free payment plans a minimum of 10% deposit is required at the time of order placement. The specific terms of payment plans, including any interest-free options, will be detailed in your agreement with the servicing entity.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation services are coordinated by the servicing entity. Timelines and procedures will be communicated directly to you.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, are outlined in your agreement. Please refer to the specific terms provided by the servicing entity.
7. Complaints
7.1 Initial Complaint
For any complaints, please first contact the servicing entity directly to seek resolution.
7.2 Escalation
If unresolved, you may escalate the complaint to Luxe Floorings head office at info@luxefloorings.com or call 0345 030 6199.
7.3 Financial Ombudsman
If your complaint pertains to consumer credit activities and remains unresolved after eight weeks, you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.
8. Data Protection
All entities operating under the Luxe Floorings brand are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
